What Our Portable Toilet Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to portable toilet rentals provided by Colorado Toilet Rentals in Highlands Ranch and nearby areas when confirmed in your quote. The written quote or service confirmation describes the units, delivery and pickup, rental period, servicing schedule, and any agreed placement details.
Hand-wash units, restroom trailers, extra cleaning, holding tanks, pumping, and other add-ons are included only when listed or separately approved. Customers must provide safe, lawful access and a suitable placement area; site preparation, permits, utility connections, and repairs to customer property are not included unless agreed in writing.
Customers remain responsible for site-specific requirements. Construction sanitation may be subject to OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51; accessible facilities may be governed by the 2010 ADA Standards §§ 213 and 604.
Wastewater handling can also involve Colorado Regulation 100, Colorado Revised Statutes § 25-8-601, or applicable Colorado CDPHE waste-discharge permits. Douglas County special-event permits may set additional conditions.
Permit applications, compliance determinations, and services not listed in the quote require a separate agreement.
Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Requests
We schedule delivery, servicing, and pickup after confirming the service address, requested dates, access details, equipment, and other job requirements. A booking is not final until Colorado Toilet Rentals confirms it.
Contact us as early as possible to cancel or request a date, time, quantity, or placement change. Any notice period or cancellation charge will be stated in the quote or booking confirmation; if none is stated, ask us to confirm the applicable terms before relying on a change.
Changes may affect availability, timing, or the quoted amount. We will explain any revised scope the equipment or work included and obtain your approval before proceeding with added services.
We may need to adjust a visit if severe weather, unsafe access, site restrictions, or circumstances outside our control prevent service. Please provide a clear route to the placement area and tell us about gates, restrictions, or changed site conditions. A cancellation or change is effective once acknowledged by our team.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment
A quote is based on the information you provide, including the service location, rental dates, equipment, access conditions, and requested service frequency. It describes the work and charges covered and any stated payment timing.
Quotes do not include unlisted services, permits, site preparation, or fees imposed by others unless they are expressly included. If site conditions or your request differ from the information used to prepare the quote, the price or schedule may need to change.
Review the quote and ask questions before approving it. Payment is due according to the timing and method stated in the quote, invoice, or booking confirmation.
We do not publish a fixed price or financing offer in these terms. We will seek your approval before performing a requested scope change that affects charges.
If an unexpected condition requires a change to complete the agreed work safely, we will explain the issue and proposed cost before proceeding when practicable. Please contact us promptly about an invoice you believe is incorrect so we can review it.
Service Quality and Warranty Questions
Colorado Toilet Rentals will provide the services described in the confirmed quote with reasonable care. These terms do not establish a separate workmanship warranty, fixed coverage period, or guarantee of uninterrupted equipment operation.
Any specific warranty or service commitment applies only if it is provided in writing for your booking. Rental equipment may require ordinary cleaning, servicing, or repair during use, as described in your service arrangement.
Please tell us promptly if a unit is damaged, needs attention, or does not match the confirmed order. We can review the concern and determine an appropriate response under the booking terms.
Coverage or responsibility may not apply to problems caused by misuse, vandalism, unauthorized movement, unsafe access, failure to report an issue, or conditions outside our control. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Do not attempt repairs or move equipment without our approval; contact us so we can assess the issue and coordinate next steps.
Responsibility for Losses and Site Risks
To the extent permitted by law, Colorado Toilet Rentals’ responsibility for a claim arising from the services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed underground or site conditions, or loss caused by a customer’s actions, third parties, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for our own negligence where such a limitation is prohibited.
Customers should identify hazards and provide safe access before delivery or service. Construction sanitation requirements may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51, and accessible toilet facilities may be subject to the 2010 ADA Standards §§ 213 and 604.
Colorado Regulation 100 and Colorado Revised Statutes § 25-8-601 may apply to wastewater matters; applicable Colorado CDPHE discharge permits and Douglas County event-permit conditions depend on the activity and site. These references do not replace agency rules or determine which requirements apply to a particular project. Obtain professional or agency guidance when needed.

Evan Brooks
Service Expert at Colorado Toilet Rentals
I started this company after working around construction sites and events along the Front Range, where restroom access and dependable service can make a real difference to a crew or a gathering. I’m based in the Highlands Ranch area, and I’ve learned to plan for everything from tight site access to freezing winter conditions that affect portable units and restroom trailers.
